I am very excited to introduce Chester Creek, a leading manufacturer and designer of computer keyboards and mice for children and individuals with special needs. Our assistive technology products are designed to provide additional accessibility to individuals who have physical or cognitive difficulties, impairments, and disabilities. Our KinderBoard, chosen 2007 Teacher's Pick by Instructor Magazine features larger 1 inch keys brightly colored to depict consonants, vowels, and punctuation, numbers and computer functions. Joining this large key keyboard and new to our line is the MyBoard lc, a computer keyboard that lets kids "type what they see" in bold lower case letters. Large 1" keys are color-coded for vowels, consonants, numbers, and function keys. Kids and
individuals with dexterity or vision issues will be glad to know the MyBoard lc is RoHS compliant, and they will enjoy the bright colors and gentle finger pressure enabling ease of use.

 

Another new arrival is Chester, our single-button optical mouse. Made of rugged plastic for strength and durability and featuring an appropriate green logo, our environmentally minded Chester is ROHS compliant and boasts USB connectivity. Chester is so friendly he works with both Windows and Mac and as he's about half the size of a standard mouse with a single large button, young children will be enthusiastic to learn.

 

In addition our VisionBoard and VisionBoard2's assist users with motor skill and/or vision impairment with high visibility black-on-white or black-on-yellow 1" square keys.

As a complement to our keyboards, Chester Creek offers the KeyGuard as well as Keyboard Seals. The seals are made from durable/flexible polyurethane, fitting like a skin to protect the keyboards from contaminants such as dust, dirt, and liquids.
