New software helps blind Detroit woman use computer

Beatrice Luckett, 69, of Detroit, uses the JAWS screen-reading software on her desktop computer at home to help her read e-mail, check websites and pay bills.  Luckett, who is blind and can't see the monitor, is able to continue working due to the voice played from the software with each action she makes on the computer.  New guidelines expected from the Justice Department this year could increase the requirements for designing and running websites...
