Maximizing Assistive Technology in Consumers' Hands

April 3, 2015

Upcoming Free Webinars: The Future of Video Player Accessibility and Creating Accessible PDFs with Acrobat

Online video makes up an increasingly important part of our everyday lives: online video traffic is expected to make up 79 percent of all consumer Internet traffic in 2018.  Individuals with disabilities represent a growing percentage of the population: in the 2010 U.S. Census, 19% of the population had a disability, a number that is only increasing with medical advancements and an aging society. The intersection of accessibility law and modern technology brings up two important issues that we will be discussing in these upcoming webinars: first, the legality of captioning video content that you don't own; and second, the current capabilities and future development of video player accessibility. In addition, we'll be holding a webinar to help you make your PDF documents accessible with Acrobat XI. You can register for any or all of these webinars by following the links below!
