RESNA to Showcase Assistive Technology at Annual Conference

On June 30 through July 2, the Rehabilitation Engineering and Assistive Technology Society of North America (RESNA) will host their annual conference in Baltimore, Maryland. Over 400 participants from 50 member companies will be in attendance to demonstrate the latest advances in the field, from specialized cushions and seating systems to wheelchairs and mobility products, computer software and eye-tracker technology. The conference will also include training and development workshops catering to a wide range of professionals. The conference is open to the public for a fee, with on-line registration available through June 15th. Operating since 1979, RESNA bills itself as "the premier professional organization dedicated to promoting the health and well-being of people with disabilities through increasing access to technology solutions. |
