Help Us Develop a DME Re-use Program!
We Want to Hear from Wheeled Mobility and DME Users

Thanks to grants from the Shapiro Family Foundation, MRC and Spaulding Rehab, a new pilot program is being developed to provide refurbished wheelchairs and other types of durable medical equipment free to users in Greater Boston (with possible roll-out statewide later in 2014).  We are now seeking user's opinions to help us create a program that meets their needs.  Please use the link below to participate in our online survey by October 4, or contact Randi Sargent at 617-204-3626, or by email to request a printed copy.

Please feel free to share this announcement with your connections who are DME users, consumer groups, FB pages and listservs that reach the Boston area.  the survey will be open through October 4th so please share at your earliest convenience.
